Students receive a printed copy of the curriculum at the Young Leaders Orientation Retreat. You can also access a digital copy below. Feel free to download, print, or share it as needed.

During the program, each Young Leader will complete three Serve the Church goals. Use this resource to plan your goals, track your progress, and complete your report afterward.
Before beginning your role as a mentor, start with the training video below. It provides an overview of the Young Leaders program, explains the role of a local mentor, and walks you through the resources you’ll use throughout the year.

The handbook will teach about your role, responsibilities, and expectations as a Young Leaders mentor, while the meeting guide is a practical guide for your monthly meetings and conversations with your Young Leader. Download them before you begin and keep them handy as you work through the program!
